1.Operation Steps
The Y-830 Cross-shaped PCB Separator supports manual feeding or feeder-based automatic feeding to the guide rail. When reaching the straight blade splitting point, the feeding clamp rises to grip the board edge and feed it for splitting. After that, the board enters the multi-blade splitting module, then flows out via the conveyor belt to post-splitting palletizing equipment. A CCD camera captures the product position on the belt, and a horizontal joint robot grabs the board using this data, placing it onto the tray fixture. Finally, the loaded fixture tray flows out, with empty trays replenished by bottom lifting.
