Yinuo Automatic Retractable Feeder positions the roll material on the feeder body and threads the liner through the feed path. The feed roller grips the liner and pulls the material forward to the peel point. The retractable blade moves into position at the peel point and separates the label from the liner. The blade then withdraws to allow the pickup nozzle to access the peeled label.
The feed roller continues to advance the liner after the label is removed. The next label moves into the peel point position during the placement cycle. The blade moves into the peel position again when the next feed command is received. The retract stroke is longer than the material width to ensure the blade clears the entire label area during withdrawal.
Yinuo Automatic Retractable Feeder detects the splice point on the liner using the label presence sensor. When a splice gap reaches the peel point the feeder adjusts the feed length to position the next label correctly. The feeder outputs an end of reel signal when the liner reaches the end of the roll. The reel is replaced and the liner is rethreaded through the feed path to resume operation.

Integrating the Retractable Feeder into New Energy Electronics Manufacturing Systems
In new energy electronics manufacturing the retractable feeder positions labels, protective film, and conductive adhesive at the placement station of the assembly line. The feeder mounts upstream of the placement machine and feeds the material to the peel point. The retractable blade separates the label from the liner and withdraws to clear the pickup zone. The placement nozzle retrieves the label and places it onto the energy electronics module. The feeder then advances the next label into position.
The feeder handles copper foil and steel reinforcement plates that are used in battery modules and power electronics assemblies. The blade cartridge is replaced to match the material width when the production batch changes from one energy electronics product to another. The blade height is set to suit the material thickness. The feeder continues to operate while the placement machine completes the placement cycle. The feed timing is synchronized to the placement machine cycle time.
New energy electronics production often involves multiple product types on the same line. The feeder stores feed length, retract delay, and blade height for each product type in the recipe data. The operator selects the recipe when the product changeover occurs. The feeder loads the stored parameters and adjusts the feed behavior without manual reprogramming. The feeder outputs status signals to the line controller to indicate when the label is ready for pickup.
